Red Wine Love

It's no secret that the ladies at Food Lush are, well, Lushes. I adore red wine, and have a glass (or two) almost every evening. My favorite liquor store gives a make-your-own-case discount, which helps my pocketbook support my love of wine. Because I've been buying 9-12 bottles of wine every few weeks, I've been able to branch out and try new wines lately. Here are some of my current favorites:

Orleans Hill Merlot

This organic wine is fantastic and affordable!

Green Truck Zinfandel

I adore almost all of the Red Truck wines I've had, but am partial to the Green Truck organics.

Yellow Tail Cabernet-Merlot

Yellow Tail wines are just so affordable, and this one is delicious. And it comes in the magnum size. Bonus!

Cupcake Red Velvet

I love Cupcake wines, and this one is amazing. Let it breathe, though, or the first taste will make you wonder if I'm crazy.

Menage a Trois Red

You, me, and a bottle of wine. The rose and white are also really good.

Barefoot Red Moscato

Sweet and delicious!

Casillero del Diablo Carmenere

This Chilean wine is delicious! It came as a recommendation from a girl at the liquor store, and I love it.

I definitely agree with Casillero del Diablo (we get a cab, usually, LOVE) and Menage a Trois. Excellent choices! I've also had a few kinds of Cupcake wines, but they give me an instant headache... not sure why. But they taste good!
