When I was a kid, I didn't like avocado, in any form. Fortunately, I came to my senses at some point and realized how delicious avocados are. Now I add avocado to everything to make up for lost time, and I'll use any excuse to eat some fresh guacamole. Here's how I make it:
2 large avocados
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tomato, diced
1 tbsp diced jalapenos
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Mash your avocados, stir everything else in, and voila! Fresh guacamole.
Someday I'll learn to take pretty pictures of my food. Pictures that don't include my husband's hand.
How do you make your guacamole?
Mine is similar to yours but I omit the tomoato and oregano and add a minced chipotle in adobo and a diced roasted red pepper. Also a little cumin, salt, & pepper.

I also add a bit of plain greek yogurt (you could do sour cream here too but the yogurt is healthier) if I want to stretch it or my avocadoes weren't quite ripe enough.

I use green chiles instead of jalepeno, no oregano, add fresh garlic, Lawry's, and cumin.

I love guacamole in all its forms, but I generally load mine up with cilantro. I am fortunate enough not to be one of those tragically afflicted with the cilantro-hating gene.
