Liquid pectin is the devil!!! But yes, liquid cement worked beautifully! Jamming was wonderful as always. Can't wait for raspberries and blackberries!!!

I loooooooved following your jamming photos and inspiration! I tried red pepper jelly once and it didn't 'gel' unfortunately. I still use it for glazing and dressings, because I refuse to toss it out.

HOWEVER! You have completely inspired me to give it a go, when berries come out here. (Yes. I'm waiting. I'm looking at YOU strawberries...) I think the addition of jalapeno is brilliant and I love it.
