I tried red pepper jelly once and it didn&amp;#39;t &amp;#39;gel&amp;#39; unfortunately.  I still use it for glazing and dressings, because I refuse to toss it out.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;HOWEVER! You have completely inspired me to give it a go, when berries come out here. (Yes. I&amp;#39;m waiting.  I&amp;#39;m looking at YOU strawberries...)  I think the addition of jalapeno is brilliant and I love it.  &lt;/p&gt;</content>
