My quest to slowly weed dairy out of my diet has been going well, so far, and I'm feeling better, which means I'm going to grudgingly continue. Thankfully, I can usually get through my day without it and already have some tried-and-true substitutions for most common things. I've even hit on a dairy-free ranch dressing recipe that I'm happy with and of course I have my favorite vegan banana bread recipe.
But sometimes, I just want an ice cream sandwich, like everyone else, and I was so happy to find these litte minis the other day. They taste sorta Mounds bar-ish which is one of my favorite candy bars and since they are made with coconut milk, it's still creamy enough to feel like an actual ice cream treat.
I really like the smaller size, too, just enough to satisfy a craving but not so much you feel all over-sugared and gross afterward. If coconut flavor isn't your thing, they also have vanilla, or banana split and they also have chocolate dipped bars, or even fudgesicle type bars.

I want the dairy-free Ranch dressing recipe!
(Also, I'm going to slowly reduce my own dairy intake, so this is a huge help for me!)

They were sampling the Almond Milk bars at BlogHer and they are SO GOOD! The one I tried had dark chocolate and nuts and was so, so tasty!

Thanks for this! My husband is currently trying to eliminate dairy and I was wondering about ice cream substitutes.
