Because my favorite hobbies include going through phases where I try to save money by bringing my lunch and ironically, spending all of my money on pricey gluten free bread products, I have yet another gluten free bread find for you all.
Against The Grain Vermont Country Rolls!
They're really....BREADY. Which is really the best thing you can say about a gluten free bread product.
This week when I wasn't eating the salad I mentioned last week, I was eating these rolls with grilled chicken, parmesan cheese, and sliced avocado with a side of Spiced Sweet Potato Terra Chips (OBSESSED!)
Anyway, I grabbed these at my local Whole Foods, where yes, you pay OUT THE NOSE ($7.99 for 4 rolls). But that works just fine in my tradition of paying a whole lot to save money.
Look a little hard, do not know good is not good
