Thanks everyone who posted -- there were a lot of great dessert suggestions, and I have the sneaky suspicion that I will be eating my way through the comments list for quite some time!

Also, congratulations to Caitlin who won second place. I didn't originally have a second place but I went out and looked at the lemon tree and I have what by all appearances is several hundred lemons still left and it's physically impossible for me to just throw them away, so, Caitlin will be receiving a small USPS flat rate box.
