I'm now at the point in my weight loss journey where I'm over the initial loss and realizing that oh, it's going to take a long, long time of doing the same thing to get to my goal. There are some products that are helping me along this path so I thought I would share. If you have any, please let me know in the comments below. I would love to hear!
Mini BabyBel Light Cheese - Most days I eat these as my afternoon snack paired with something sweeter, like an apple or a trail mix bar. Two of these are 3 points.
Trader Joe's 100 Calorie Dark Chocolate Bars - These are a recent discovery. They're basically individual servings of their regular dark chocolate. They're wonderful and they feel extremely decadent for 3 points.
Gala Apples - Apples have become my go-to snack food since starting the Points Plus system. They're zero points, can satisfy a sweet tooth and are always filling.
Kashi TLC Chewy Granola Dark Chocolate Cherry Bars - Delicious. A very satisfying 3 points. I try to keep one in my bag in the event I get stuck in a land of bad food choices, or if I go too long between meals in order to prevent the hangry.
Chobani Yogurt - I've already covered my Chobani love but it's safe to say, the love continues, unabated. Most mornings I eat a black cherry, raspberry or pineapple Chobani and savor all 4 points.
Amy's Kitchen Frozen Meals - I try to keep a stash of two to three of these in my freezer for days I'm running late or I've forgotten to pack lunch. The point values vary but I find most come between 7 and 9. They're always very filling and very yummy.

If you like bagels, try the Thomas Bagel Thins for only 3 pts. I especially enjoy the Everything flavor. Also, the Philly cream cheese Garden vegetable flavor is only 2 pts per serving, and together they make a great breakfast or lunch.

I'm on the Double Dub too! I prefer Fage 2% Greek to Chobani. It's 3 points and I add blueberries. And the Babybels are SUCH a treat...I look forward to them a little too much. :)

Half an apple with a mini babybel light was my go-to snack when I was doing WW.

I really like the Laughing Cow light wedges. And Trader Joes Cilantro and Jalapeno Hummus is fantastic. I just started WW again and am struggling, so the snack ideas are timely. Thanks!
