Mine is similar to yours but I omit the tomoato and oregano and add a minced chipotle in adobo and a diced roasted red pepper. Also a little cumin, salt, & pepper.

I also add a bit of plain greek yogurt (you could do sour cream here too but the yogurt is healthier) if I want to stretch it or my avocadoes weren't quite ripe enough.

Ginger

I use green chiles instead of jalepeno, no oregano, add fresh garlic, Lawry's, and cumin.

Erica

I love guacamole in all its forms, but I generally load mine up with cilantro. I am fortunate enough not to be one of those tragically afflicted with the cilantro-hating gene.
