I am almost incapable of not eating between meals. Maybe if I've had a huge breakfast or lunch I'll be okay with waiting until the next mealtime, but most of the time I am thinking about what to eat two hours after my last meal. I keep a stash of snacks in my desk at work to keep me from prowling the streets near my office in search of food. My latest find is these Chocolate Cherry Cashew Bars.
The chocolate/cherry combination is great and the nuts give it enough substance to fill me up. Look, this is basically a slightly healthier version of a candy bar (don't let all the mumbo-jumbo on the label fool you), but it satisfies my need for a snack that is both sweet and filling.
