I have been trying for years to make a good oven French fry. I’m still working on it, but I’m getting better, enough that I’ve branched out and tried to make baked sweet potato fries. These have met with, well, less success. They always turn out mushy. But as I said, I’m working on it, and I welcome any suggestions.
In the meantime, I’ve found Alexia sweet potato fries. The perfect thickness, they’re easy to throw in the oven and they turn out delicious. I sprinkled on a little Cajun seasoning for added zing, and my family ate them like they were candy. Win!

So while I perfect my oven fry technique, I’m glad to have a tasty option ready to go in my freezer.

I LOVE these. Have you tried the sweet potato tots? Very fun.

Have you tried this trick of tossing them in corn starch first? I haven't perfected it yet but I find it helps a bit!

Have you tried the sweet potato fries from Trader Joe's? They come out of the oven delicious and crispy.
