For a long time, a REALLY long time, I've wanted a fancy Le Crueset dutch oven (and let's be honest here, everything else they make too) but the $$ has made actually owning any prohibitive. I'd rather spend my money on travel and camera equipment, than worrying about my kitchen cookware as my desperately in need of replacing non-stick pots and pans can attest.
Then I found HEB Cocinaware and brought home this lovely enameled cast iron pot
for under $40! I haven't used it yet, but if it holds up AT ALL, it will be worth it.
I also almost bought their drink dispenser but unfortunately, they didn't have it in the same color.
What cast iron pots do you use?

I have this http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/landingpages/foodnetwork_new/cook/cookware/castiron/PRD~c21839/Food+Network+Enamel+Cast+Iron+Dutch+Ovens.jsp in the 5.5 quart size (in navy). It was on sale and I had Kohls cash and an extra 30% off so it practically paid for itself. We've used it a few times and it has held up nicely.

I have the Rachael Ray one from Kohl's and it's great. It does have rubber on the handle, but it is oven safe up to 550 degrees, I think, so I'm good pretty much no matter what I make. And since the whole thing was $40, I'm not super paranoid about scratching the enamel, etc.

My grandmother gave me the Kirkland dutch oven and skillet for Christmas and I use the heck out of them.

I have the red Cocinaware Dutch oven and gave my sister a blue one. We are cajun and love to cook. We are so competitive about who cooks better, lol, it's all in fun. This pot has replaced lots of other ones. I have had a set of Magnalite for about 40 years and still use them regularly and they cook like they are new, of course they cost a kings ransom.
This Dutch Oven was $25.00 and so worth it. I pick one up at Joe V's whenever I go and give them as Wedding and housewarming gifts.
Red beans and sausage and "sticky" chicken are our favorite recipes (I think mine is better).

Right now they are on sale at HEB for $29.99 which includes $11 worth of shrimp and rice. This is a great deal.
