Look, I know that in many places (even where I live), summer seems to be coming early. And chili isn't exactly the best food on a day that's 90 degrees in the springtime. But if you love chili as much as I do, just crank up the AC and try this delicious recipe!

*I substituted bison for beef, because I LOVE bison meat. Since bison is so lean, I had no need to drain the meat.
My friend Autumn (hi, Autumn!) sent me this recipe and I KNEW I had to try it immediately. She assured me it would be life-changing, and I agree. The jalapeƱo juice really made it incredible.
