Raise your hand if you pin dozens of recipes on Pinterest and make ... a couple? Yeah, I assume I'm not the only one with both hands up. This past weekend, though, I threw my kiddo a rockin' third birthday party and got to try out a couple pins that I've had on my must-make list.
One was a huge success. These cheesecake stuffed strawberries from The Sweets Life.
They were ridiculously easy to make. I did add about 1/4 cup more powdered sugar than the recipe called for (it was just too cream-cheesy without it) and an extra teaspoon of vanilla, which made it pretty perfect.
Oh, and I'd recommend using a piping bag to squeeze the filling into the strawberries. Worked great!
Make these for your next party, for an after-school snack, or for your next office potluck. They'll take you less than a half to prep and make, and they taste like a million bucks!
Any recent Pinterest successes you care to share?
