Your hot chocolate idea sounds divine!

What we've been drinking over the past 2 holiday seasons is Dave Matthews cocktails -amaretto, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. What, that doesn't Christmas-y to you? The cranberry juice makes it red! Haha it started last year when I had to buy amaretto for a baked brie recipe and wanted to make good use of the amaretto!
