Seasonal Special: Peppermint Mocha Kahlua

You GUYS! Look what I found at the liquor store the other day:

I almost whipped my cell phone out and snapped a picture right in the store because I was so excited, then thought that might be frowned upon. It's a state store. Anyway! I bought it, came home, and immediately informed Facebook of my find, and then set about making something delicious at 3PM on a Sunday.

I made the BEST drink with this!

5 oz. coffee
2 oz. milk
1 oz. whipped vodka
2 oz. of the kahlua

Pour it all over ice. It tastes like a fantastic holiday-inspired iced coffee. My next experiment will be a hot chocolate based drink, then it's off to some holly jolly white Russians. It is (sadly) limited edition for the holidays, so I will be stocking up for the off-season (because iced coffee is great year-round! Also: peppermint. mocha.).

Anyone else out there get a little, er, excited over seasonal finds? Namely booze? Anyone? What other seasonal treats should we all be looking out for in the coming months?
