I’ve been meaning to write about this Jalapeno Popper Dip for at least 2 months (since the first time I made it) because it is so awesome. But then, I never remember to photograph the dip when it comes out of the oven because I stuff it all in my piehole.
This is the empty, clean pan that housed the dip. We ate the whole thing this past weekend at my mom’s house, where we were celebrating my Grandma’s birthday. It was a HIT!
This dip makes a lot, so I usually half it, unless it’s going to be a big party. This was plenty for me and my family. I mean, more would have been better, but then no one would have been able to button their pants.
