Last year, while everyone was visiting over Christmas, my mom came home with a single box of fudge covered ritz crackers. To try them. It's sort of an odd concept, after all, a chocolate-covered cracker. After the family devoured the whole box the verdict was in: we loved them. So, the next time she was at the store, my mom looked for more. And that's when we discovered that these little bites of deliciousness are SEASONAL.
Well, 'tis the season! They're back on shelves, and we've already purchased several boxes. You know, for the next week or so.
Have you tried these yet? Do you like them?

Bought some a couple weeks ago - cracked them open last night. Very disappointed - that is NOT fudge. It is low-quality chocolate at best. Maybe a sprinkling of salt on top would have helped, but they were very very bland. The concept is great though, since I love a sweet-salty combo.

I agree with Carol. We make these ourselves each year. Melt a bag of milk chocolate chips together with a package of white almond bark and enough unsweetened bakers chocolate to get to the flavor of your liking (I use 2 squares. Dip away. They are even better when you sandwich some peanut butter in the middle. We also dip peanut butter balls, oreos, pretzels, etc in this wonderful mixture! To Die For.

I just bought my first box (after resisting all last year). I am tempted to go right back to Target and buy the rest of them, just in case they don't restock.
