Food Trucks.
We have a few of them here in Baltimore and they are definitely gaining popularity. I've been to one of the city food truck rallies and they seem to consistently draw a huge crowd.
In my house we are fans of The Great Food Truck Race on the Food Network. Last year around this time, one of our staff wrote about it and I'm curious to see what everyone thinks about the second season. Did you watch? I feel like it could be imporoved upon for sure. The challenges, or "truck stops" and "speed bumps" kept it interesting but I want more from the show. I'd like to know the different trucks and their chefs/staff a little better. For example, on the Hodge Podge Truck the girls were the head chef's girlfriend and sister. This should have been noted earlier and often, I think.
