Confession: I love pudding.
Confession #2: I love ice cream.
Confession #3: I really need to cut back on eating both of these. Because I do love them. A lot.
Luckily, Trader Joe's always rides in to the rescue! These ah-mazing "blueberries and cream" and "vanilla and cream" yogurts are perfect for mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack-time. They are REALLY creamy and delcious, and taste more like a treat than normal yogurts. The only downside is that they aren't very big, but it's kind of nice to have a healthy, small, pre-made bite of creaminess to help subdue my unhealthy cravings with a smaller, healthier version.
Six 4 oz. cups are at my local TJ's for $2.99, and they are seriously SO creamy. Trust me, they might even replace your ice cream. (Maybe.)

I love rich-tasting yogurt--will have to give this a try (although I'm not sure it could replace ice cream in my life . . . :)

This is the yogurt my toddler eats, and it's so thick that it's great as a fruit dip.
