Here are just a few of the many (MANY) great recipes floating their way through cyber space this week:
Turnip Silk Soup - Like many people I ADORE creamy soups but it's always hard to find some that include a protein component. This turnip silk soup includes silken tofu to round out the nutrition in this meal.
Baked Brie Dip - Because nothing is better than warm, melty cheese on bread. Yum. This is a great variation on the traditional baked brie.
Potato Gratin With Mushrooms - In a perfect world, this would be calorie free and I wouldn't have to share. This may be an awesome last minute addition to those Thanksgiving menus out there!
Chicken Pozole Verde - A nice, healthy and flavorful meal that can really be served any time of the year.
Fried Goat Cheese and Fig Salad - I'm a little hesitant about frying (um, I never do) but it might be worth it for this. Plus, I love pretty much anything with figs involved.
Spicy Shredded Pork Roast with Cucumber Raita - This looks like a great combination and burst of flavors without a ton of hands on time. I can't wait to try this recipe.
Now get cooking! Please let us know if you try any of these recipes out and what you think, we can't wait to hear!
